You are better off composting the hoss muck by stacking it in a heap. If you cover it up then it will rot down over the winter and will be ready to apply in the Spring.

Worm compost is made by feeding your cooked vegetable waste to the worms in a special type of bin. The compost produced is lovely stuff but production is strictly small scale.
