Hmm I think its sorted now! I think she would just like to start with the basics - tomatoes, lettuce, carrots, potatoes etc. We have a big garden but the ground isn't workable at the moment and she loves container gardening.

I have grown lettuce this year which was easy and tomatoes although the ones in the greenhouse did better than the ones outside. Do you have a greenhouse?Have tried carrots unsucsesfully, and grown potatoes in a plastic bin quite well.If you could maybe clear a small area I find runner beans very easy and so much nicer than the ones in the shops. Have started a few herbs in pots too.Also have a big garden but still not tamed it all yet.
