Like this photo Bazza, and also the beautiful flowers. Excuse my lack of knowledge, but what is the plant and do the flowers last long? The plant looks covered in them

Hi

This is one of four different Philadelphus (mock orange) that I have . This one has double flowers. I never prune or feed it except to cut out overgrown branches. Easy to look after and cuttings are easy to take. Flowers for about 3 weeks.

Hi Bazza

mock orange....didn't recognise it close up and with the double flowers. I also have one in the garden but nowhere near as nice as yours. I inherited it in the garden when I moved here 4 years ago. The garden was left quite overgrown and still needs a lot of work. therefore a lot of the shrubs etc have been left without much pruning and gone a bit out of shape. My mock orange is single flowered and about 20 feet. The branches are quite 'leggy'.It is very nice when it does flower, but has been planted right next to a very tall Mountain Ash.

Will still keep it as it still looks nice in the spring.

Claire
