Have any other members renewed their annual subscription expecting to receive the advertised free gift found that the said gift never materialised. This happened last year when I believe the gift was an amber Acer. I waited and waited for nothing despite sending e-mails to the subscription dept. I didn't even get a reply to the e-mails. Again, at the end of Sept, I  renewed my subscription for another year but have still heard nothing, are the free gifts purely for new subscribers, in which case this should be stated, or am I just unlucky in them getting lost in the post.

I'm a bit puzzled by this as I don't recall subscriptions offering an acer last year in the magazine. There are sometimes delays in sending plants out etc as all the offers have to be gathered together and sent in one batch to the company supplying the gift but you should of course get the gift offered if eligible.

Our subscription person for Gardens Monthly has just been promoted and a replacement not yet started, so in the meantime try Rebecca.Blighton@myhobbystore.com she is the Marketing Director so should be able to find out for you
