I am so glad you like the plan. As regards the centre, have whichever is your favourite, there is such a wide choice. Paving would be great.

<!--[if !supportEmptyParas]-->Here some details about the plants. <!--[endif]-->

All the plants are hardy, easy to grow and do not require any special treatment.

They have been chosen because they have at least two good things about them i.e. flowers and berries, making them useful plants for a small garden.

I have placed them to contrast with each other. The golden Lonicera next to the dark conifer, the gold grass between the lacy fern and the small dark leaved Pittosporum.

I am trying to submit more details about individual plants but having difficulty. I'll ask Sarah B for advice. I'll also scan a plan with the measurements included.

Apologies, but the image link is currently missing on the list of icons at the top of your forum threads, but should be up soon.

To see Claire's garden, go to the first thread in this list written by Claire and click on the link: 'My garden.

Gill, let me know what particular areas are causing problems.

Thanks

Hi Claire

The second plan with the measurements is on the gallery.  I've also included photographs of some of the plants. I have tried to include a plant list as a JPG but the text is too small. I am splitting the list into two and trying again.

Claire

I have edited the original plan as I was unhappy with the quality of the first.  Its now easier to read.  Unfortunately, I've broken Sarah B's link.

The plant lists are on there as well as a grid to help with marking out if you choose to use the design. Incidentally its easy to tweak if you want to change anything.

Whatever you decide, good luck.

Gill
